Kettlebell Training

Part of our Team Training program, our kettlebell workouts are sure to challenge you! 45 minutes of not stop challenges. Slow and steady is typically the pace for these flow style classes. Classes are taught by, or under the instruction of Garett Renon: Strong First and Strength Matters Certified instructor.


Kettlebell classes are offered Tuesday and Thursday at 5:15pm and Sunday 9:15am. Due to the technical nature of the exercise, an intro class is required before participation in the class. Intro session can be booked online and are $10 for 30 minutes. A follow on session may be needed. All are welcome to our kettlebell fundamentals class- Sunday's at 8:30am.
