Semi Private Trianing

Whether you are a runner/triathlete or someone looking to mix up your current routine this program will be a nice compliment to your current training program. In other words, this package works best in addition to another workout plan.

Semi-Private training is group sessions based on proven 12-week programming designed to make you stronger, faster, healthier and even more efficient at life. The set programming is set up to help you track progress and make This a great plan for someone who is seriously ready to start their self-improvement journey. This programming is essentially personal training at a fraction of the cost.

Packages come in 1, 4, 10 or 20 sessions.

Unlimited package- $175+tax/mo includes Team Training Classes.
Sessions are conducted by a training coach and will have up to 5 other participants. The sessions will consists of free weight training, body weight training, and functional movements. Classes will be conduct based on the 12 week programming schedule.

The sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase. *Sessions must be book ahead of time to ensure availability via Front Desk.
